Employee file setup and maintenance

Setup from PLN 60 net/pc.

Maintenance PLN 10 net/m.

We provide comprehensive HR and payroll services, including preparation of employee documentation, payroll lists, ZUS declarations, as well as employee information and other required documents.

How does it work?

1. Documents

The client submits documents online via the provided document exchange platform.

2. Posting

We record the submitted financial documents in the accounting system.

3. Reporting

At set deadlines, we send declarations to the client and to public authorities.

We provide our clients with an electronic document management platform for financial, tax, banking, and official documents.

Personnel (HR)

Maintaining employee personnel files (including electronic records).
Preparing ZUS registration documents for employees and their family members.
Issuing employee certificates and other required documents.
Managing ZUS PUE regarding electronic sick leave certificates (L4).
Preparing reports for public administration authorities.
Preparing reports and summaries for the client’s needs.
Electronic system for data exchange and document approval.

Payroll

Payroll calculation for employees.
Personal income tax (PIT) settlements.
Preparation of annual PIT tax returns.
Preparation and submission of declarations to ZUS, PFRON, and PPK.
Ongoing communication with public authorities.

HR and payroll controlling

Electronic personnel files.
Monthly HR and payroll monitoring in the form of a structured overview of employed staff, including completeness of employee documentation.
Monthly HR and payroll status report summarizing ongoing administrative and official matters (including work permits and employee residence/legalisation cases).
HR and payroll controlling, including monitoring contract expiry dates, validity of medical examinations, and occupational health and safety (H&S) training.

Designing employment structure

Creating a complete employment structure through planning tailored to the client’s needs and the specific nature of the business.
Remuneration of management board members.
Organizing occupational health and safety (OHS) training for employers and employees, tailored to the client’s needs and the specific nature of the business.
